Quality scores are calculated automatically from individual item ratings.

Item → Area → Overall
Items are scored (1-5). Area score = average of item scores. Overall = weighted average of area scores, as percentage (0-100%).

Score Thresholds
90%+ = Excellent, 75-89% = Good, Below 75% = Needs Improvement.

Trends
Track scores over time in Quality Reports to identify patterns.
