Converting a Lead to a Client
Promote a won lead to a client.

Once a deal is closed, convert the lead to a Client to start servicing them.

Converting a Won Lead
In Sales, find the closed/won lead to convert.

Click Convert
Click Convert to Client. A dialog shows what will be created.

Confirm
A Client record is created with all contact info. Lead history is linked.
ℹ️
All emails, proposals, and notes transfer to the new client record.

Set Up Service
After conversion: create locations, assign team, schedule shifts, invite to portal.
