In Sales, navigate to the Quotes tab.

Create a Quote
Click + Create Quote:

Quotes can be converted to Proposals with one click.
📋 Form Fields
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Lead / Client | ✅ Yes | Who this quote is for. e.g. "Metro Convention Center" |
| Service Type | ✅ Yes | Type of cleaning. e.g. "Nightly Office Cleaning" |
| Frequency | ✅ Yes | How often. e.g. "3x per week" |
| Rate | ✅ Yes | Pricing per visit/hour/month. e.g. "$180/visit" |
| Valid Until | Optional | Expiration date. e.g. "July 31, 2024" |
