Open Sales

Click Sales in the sidebar. Your pipeline shows leads organized by stage — from New Lead to Closed Won.

Add a Lead

Click + Add Lead and fill in:

Field Required Description
Company Name ✅ Yes Prospect's company. e.g. "Metro Convention Center"
Contact Name ✅ Yes Your contact person. e.g. "David Thompson"
Email ✅ Yes For proposals and follow-ups. e.g. "dthompson@metroconvention.com"
Phone Optional Phone number. e.g. "(555) 678-9012"
Source Optional How they found you. e.g. "Referral"
Estimated Value Optional Expected contract value. e.g. "$3,500/month"

Click Save. The lead appears in your pipeline.
