Client Signs
The client views the proposal in their browser. At the bottom, they draw, type, or upload their signature.

Auto-Update
When signed, you're notified instantly. The lead auto-moves to "Closed Won".

Both parties receive a signed copy via email. Stored permanently.

Convert to Client
Click Convert to Client to create the client record from lead info.

Pro tip: Workflow: Signed Proposal → Convert to Client → Create Locations → Schedule First Shift.
