Work orders are on-demand requests from clients through the portal.

Requested Work Orders
Click Requested Work Orders in the sidebar to see all pending, accepted, and completed requests.

Review a Request
Click a work order to see: client, location, description, urgency, and requested date.

Accept & Schedule
Click Accept then create a schedule. Client receives a confirmation.

You can auto-fill schedule details from the work order.

Complete or Decline
After work is done, mark as Completed. Or Decline with a reason.
